- Add ingredients to bowl
- 70 degrees
"Counter-clockwise operation" 
"Gentle stir setting" 5 minutes - liquid should resemble dark tea colour - Separate liquid concentrate from prunes
- Add 5ml (1 tsp) prune Concentrate to 20ml (4 tsp) cooled boiled water
- Puree cooked prunes speed 5 for 3 seconds
Add prune purée to porridge, cereal, other fruit/veggie blends etc
Prune Juice Concentrate

Reserved prunes
