- 125 grams Butter, Room temperature, cubed
- 220 grams caster sugar
- 180 grams Milk
- 2 eggs
- dash vanilla extract
- 150 grams SR flour
- 55 grams cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 45 grams dessicated coconut
Butter cream frosting
- 125 grams Butter, Room temperature, chopped
- 185 grams icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 180C.
Grease and line a 20cm square cake tin.
1. Place butter, sugar and milk in"Closed lid" .
2. Melt at 60, sp 3, for 2 minutes
3. Add remaining ingreients to"Closed lid" .
4. Blitz sp 4, 15 secs. Scrape and repeat for 5 secs.
5. Tip into prepared tin. Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked when tested.
6. Cool in tin for 5 minutes before cooling on a wire rack.
1. Combine all ingredients in"Closed lid" .
2. Blitz sp 4, 20 secs or until smooth.
3. Spread over cooled cake.
