    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Just wonderful. Personally don't think it needs the icing. Next time I would probably reduce the sugar in it too. The sultanas make it quite sweet. Will definitely make this again.

Very tasty! I added about 50g of extra sultanas and used about 40g coconut sugar instead of white sugar plus reducing brown sugar by half. Definitely sweet enough. Instead of drizzling the icing I covered the whole slice with a thin coat of it. Great to have with a cuppa and to share with those you love. Thanks a lot for sharing this recipe.

Yum! This was very moist and delicious. Would be perfectly fine without the icing too. I didnt have enough sultanas so i added some chopped dates (blitzed before starting recipe). Quite a sweet recipe. Could easily knock back some sugar or as I'm going to do next time and substitute for coconut sugar and/or rice malt syrup. This is a firm favourite for school lunches or afternoon tea.
