Muffin Mixture
- 1 Large Granny Smith Apple, Peeled, Cored and Quartered
- 55 g walnuts
- 350 g Self Raising Flour
- 110 g raw sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 75 g chilled butter, Cubed
- 1 egg
- 170 g Milk
Crumble Topping
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 Cup of Flour butter mix

Preheat oven 180 degrees Fan Forced.
Line 12 Muffin case tray with paper Liners.
Add walnuts to bowl and chop speed 5 for 4 seconds. Remove and set aside.
Add flour, sugar and cinnamon to bowl and mix on g speed 5 for 6 seconds.
No need to clean TMX bowl. Insert Butterfly into bowl and add the milk and egg. Whisk on speed 3 for 6 seconds.
Remove Butterfly and add the apple walnut mix. Before adding the flour butter mix remover 1/4 cup of mixture. Once the rest of the mix is added to the bowl mix on speed 4 for 10 seconds.

Tip
They are really nice with Milo custard.
