Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

What a great recipe! I made this today with 2 Granny Smiths & 1.5 smaller red apples - skin on all. I chopped them at a higher speed (6) to get a finer texture with the skin. Added a pinch of cinnamon after reading comments and only 120g raw sugar. Left it to cool and just ate a piece - wow, delicious! Will serve it with custard tonight for dessert but will definitely make this again. So quick and easy too. Thanks for sharing!
Made this recipe twice in the last few days to use up some apples.
Great recipe, so easy and simple.
I cut the sugar in half and added spoon of cinnamon.
Thank you, will definitely be making this again.
Love the simplicity of this recipe!
I used Nashi pears instead of apple as I had an abundance on my tree, and given the pears are sweet enough, I only used 100g of raw sugar.
I would definitely consider using a pinch of cinnamon next time
Thtis was absolutely delicious and super easy. Thank you. Added in some cinnamon and it took it to the next level. Thanks again
This rose a lot more than I was expecting. But no complaints , it's absolutely delish. I only added 45 grams of sugar as we don't eat overly sweet and the apple made it sweet enough.
I also added Apple slices on top and a dusting of cinnamon prior to baking x
Thanks Great Easy Recipe.
Was a big hit for a work morning tea. Now about to make about 5 of them to freeze for a community catering event. Thank you
I used red apples including the skin plus sultanas.
This will be great for lunchboxes!
Nice moist slice.
Very nice, thanks. Everyone went back for seconds
