yes came out runny, put back in the oven for another 20m, decided to chance it, let it cool down then I placed in refrigerator for a few hours. Took it out and decorated with strawberries. Was tasty.

RAVE REVIEWS FROM WORK COLLEAGUES who I made this for. Everyone said it was just perfect. Not too sweet and just a nice amount of strawberry taste.

I couldn't find the Strawberry cream cheese at my local supermarket ..... SO, after I made the base I put 200g fresh strawberries in the bowl and chopped for 5 seconds on speed 7. Scraped down bowl and then I then added the rest of the filling ingredients and made the filling as per the recipe (using plain cream cheese instead of the strawberry). Here's a pic. It didn't quite turn out as nice as the pic on the recipe, especially with my average decorating skills, but a winner non the less !!

YUM ! GREAT RECIPE FOR BAKED CHEESECAKE THAT'S EASY !! I couldn't find the Strawberry cream cheese (as per the recipe ingredients) at my local Supermarket. SO .... after I made the base I put 200g fresh strawberries in the bowl and chopped for 5 seconds on speed 7, scraped down the sides and then I continued to add the base ingredients as per the recipe. I made this for a work colleagues birthday and everyone said it was the perfect cheesecake ! The flavour was spot on and not too sickly sweet.

Very nice.  I didn't have strawberry cream cheese so made it plain cream cheese and it was really nice.  Not too sweet and not too bland.
