Ingredients

Banana Choc Chip & Cocoa Mini Loafs

  • 130 g Salted butter
  • 4 portions ripe bananas, Or 350 grams
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 220 g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 level teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
  • 100 g Almond milk
  • 2 level tablespoons Vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Cadburys cocoa powder
  • 150 g Cadbury Baking Milk Chocolate Chips

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180°C and get your loaf tray ready.
  2. 2. Place 4 ripe bananas (350g) in bowl and blend on speed 5 for 5 seconds
  3. 3. Add 130g of softened salted butter and 150g of caster sugar and mix for 20 seconds on speed 4.

    Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  4. 4. Add 2 eggs and mix for 10 seconds speed 4
  5. 5. Add 220 g self raising flour,
    2 tablespoons of Cocoa powder,
    1 teaspoon of bicarb soda,
    100g of Almond milk (any milk is fine)
    1 tablespoon of vanilla essence or paste

    Combine for 30 seconds on speed 4
  6. 6. Add 150 grams of Cadbury chocolate chips and combine with a spatula.
  7. 7. Pour batter into approximately 24 mini loaf moulds and cook for 20 minutes or until skewer comes out clean when placed in the middle

Tip

Can be frozen in an airtight container.
