Ingredients
- 2 apples, roughly chopped
- 2 bananas
- 50 g cranberries, dried
- 100 g quinoa
- 50 g oats
- 50 g Cashews
- 50 g Shredded coconut
- 1 egg
- 100 g Self Raising Flour
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 50 g Grapeseed Oil
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 180C. Line and grease a 12 pan muffin tray.
Place oats, quinoa, cashews, coconut and vanilla bean in TM bowl and mill for 20 sec / speed 10. Remove flour mixture from bowl and reserve for later.
Place apples in TM bowl and chop for 5 sec / speed 6. Scrape down sides with spatula.
Add banana and cranberries and mix for 5 sec / speed 5. Scarape down sides with spatula.
Add all remaining ingredients including milled flour and "Dough mode" for 20 seconds until mixture is well combined
Divide mixture into prepared tins and bake for 18-20 mins or until golden.
Tip
For a nut free version omit cashews and replace with extra oats, quinoa or coconut.
