- 150 g Ripe banana, Mashed
- 200 g rolled oats
- 50 g Shredded coconut
- 75 g sultanas
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, pure
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Mix all ingredients in bowl speed 3, 30 seconds
Scoop out using tablespoon onto lined baking tray
Bake 35 minutes or until golden
Tip
Can substitute sultanas for choc chips
