Ingredients
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 g Sugar (brown or raw)
- 125 g Butter
- 120 g Plain flour 120
- 120 g almonds, Chopped roughly 200
- 100 g oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt

Preheat oven 160 degrees
Line trays with baking paper
1. add almonds to mixing bowl: Chop 2-4 seconds, speed 5. set aside
2. Melt butter, sugar, honey 90 degrees: speed 1, 2-3 minutire
3. Add remaining ingredients: mix speed 4 (reverse for more chunky) until combined.
5. roll heaped tsp-tbs sized balls and place on prepared trays
6. bake 10-12 minutes until just golden on edges.
Note: Will be soft and slightly fragile before cooling.
For crunchier cookie, cook slightly longer
Tip
Add a handful of White choc chips at the final mixing stage!
