- 125 grams Butter, Roughly chopped
- 3/4 Cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 Cup Self Raising Flour, Sifted
- 250 grams Nestle' Baking Caramel Bits

Preheat oven to 170°C/150°C fan forced. Grease and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Place butter, brown sugar and egg in the TM bowl. Beat 30 seconds/speed 6 or until mixture is pale and creamy.
Add flour and caramel bits into TM bowl. Mix 40 seconds/speed 4 until well combined.
Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls, place on prepared trays about 4cm apart, flatten slightly. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until golden. Set aside on trays for 5 minutes to cool; transfer onto a wire rack and cool completely.
