Ingredients
Base
- 125 g Butter
- 200 g Self Raising Flour
- 120 g caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 60 g Desiccated Coconut
Fiiling
- 250 g Philly Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1 can condensed milk
- 100 g cream
- 20 g lemon juice

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Preheat Oven to 180 degrees
2. Grease a round pie dish
3. Melt Butter in Bowl. 1.5 mins. 60 degrees. speed 4
4. Add Flour, Sugar, Vanilla and Coconut. Mix 30 secs. Speed 3. Make sure it is well combined
5. Press into prepared dish. Lining the base and sides. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Leave out of oven until cooled
1. Place all ingredients in Bowl. Mix 20 seconds. Speed 6.
2. Place in Butterfly and mix 20 seconds. Speed 3.
3. Pour into base and refridgerate until set.
