Ingredients
Chocolate Brownie
- 150 g dark chocolate, Chopped
- 140 g Butter, Chopped
- 3 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 160 g plain flour
- 80 g coarsley chopped walnuts

- 1. Preheat oven to 160C
2. Prepare 20cm square tin with butter
3. Chop Butter & Dark Chocolate for 10 seconds on speed 5 (scrape down the side)
4. Melt Butter & Dark Chocolate 4 minutes at 60C on speed 1
5. Add Eggs, Sugar & Vanilla Extract, mix for 5 seconds on speed 3
6. Add Flour and mix for 5 seconds on speed 4
7. Add Chopped Walnuts and mix with spatula.
8. Pour mixture into buttered tin and bake for 40-50 minutes
Chocolate Brownie
Tip
You do not want to overcook brownies or it will be very dry. Brownies are done when it springs from the side and there will still be wet lumps clinging to the toothpick.
You can substitute any nuts for the walnuts.
To make cupcakes, fill 1/2 full and bake for 30 minutes.
