Ingredients
cake dough
- 1 Whole orange, (Navels are best), cut into 1/4s
- 225 grams Butter, roughly chopped
- 3 eggs
- 150 grams sugar
- 300 grams Self Raising Flour
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 4 heaped tablespoons cocoa powder
Chocolate ganache
- 100 grams dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 80 grams cream

Preheat oven to 180C
Grease and line a 20cm springform tin, or grease a baba tin/
1. Place orange and butter into "Closed lid" .
2. Whizz sp8/ 7 seconds.
3. Add remaining ingredients, (except cocoa powder) and blitz sp4,"Counter-clockwise operation" , 20 seconds. Scrape "Closed lid"
4. Spread 1/2 mixture into prepared tin. Leave remainder in"Closed lid" .
5. Add cocoa powder to remining dough and blitz 20sec/sp4, or until well combined.
6. Dollop chocolate dough on top of the orange dough and swirl through with a small spoon or chopstick.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked when tested.
Leave in tin for 10 minutes then col on a rack.
Leave as is, dust with icing sugar, or top with ganache (below)

Mine was way too dry. Maybe I should've used a bigger orange. Shame, because it has an awesome flavour.
I made this cake this afternoon, and it was really easy and super yummy. I personally wouldnt use 'reverse' on the first mix next time, id prefer the orange bits to be a bit more smooth. I also added actual jaffas into the cake about 15 mins into the cooking time, just dropped them into the cake tin. YUMMMMM
