- 300 g raw almonds
- 60 g raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 Whole orange, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 24 hole muffin tray
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Add almonds and raw sugar to TM and process for 30s on speed 9
Add orange, egg, baking powder and water and mix for 40s on speed 8, or until well combined
Place 1/2 cup mixture into small bowl and mix in cocoa powder.
Half-fill muffin holes with plain mixture. Add small amount of cocoa mixture then more plain on top, to create a chocolate centre.
Bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown

These are yummy, but good in small portions. I didn't make 24 mini, but instead 9 regular and i so i cooked them for an extra 5 min and they came out perfect.

Too moist for me, so cooked for an extra 5 mins but very nice! Didn't make 24 so might double the receipe next time!
