- 1/3 Coconut sugar, (1/3 cup)
- 4 pitted dates
- 1/3 chocolate protein powder, (1/3 cup)

#1 Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Easy. Simple. TastyIngredients:
1 1/2 Avocado
1/3 cup of Cacoa
1/2 Banana
1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (I used honey)
1/3 Coconut Sugar
4 Pitted Dates
1/3 cup of Genetix Nutrition Casine Protein Powder (optional)Action:
1. Either blend all ingredients in a food processor and make it smooth and creamy OR mash the avocado with a fork and add in other ingredients once you have a smooth consistency OR In my case use the Thermomix on speed 9 for 10 seconds or until smooth.2. Taste it, add more cacao if you want it more chocolate and more honey if you want it sweeter!
3. Eat it
