Chocolate Brownie
- 250 g Butter
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 330 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 160 g flour

- Heat oven 180°C
- Melt 250g of Butter
- Melt at temperature 60°C "Blend" 2 for 2 minutes
- Scrape sides
"Blend" 2 for 2 minutes - Add 50g Cocoa
"Blend" 2 for 30 seconds - Add 330g sugar, 4 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla essence
- "Blend" 5 for 10 seconds
- Add 1 tsp baking powder, 160g flour
- "Blend" 5 for 10 seconds
- Scrape sides
"Blend" 5 for 10 seconds - Pour into 20x30 sponge roll tin - line with baking paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes - until brownie is springy to the touch - Cut into bars or squares while still warm. Sprinkle with Icing Sugar.
Serve warm or leave to cool.
