Chocolate Ganache

  • 600 g Dark cooking chocolate, i find nestle is the best to use
  • 300 g Mls of Pure Cream (whipping), I use bulla

Recipe's preparation

    Ganache
  1. Place 600g of the chocolate into the TM bowl, and grate for 10 seconds on speed 8.

    Add the cream to the bowl, with the chocolate and melt for 7 minutes, 60 degrees, speed 2

    Once all melted together you can use to pour over mud or you can Leave to harden in the fridge for about 30mins (till thicken)Once mixed you can pipe onto cake/s or place in fridge to use at a later time

Tip

I use Nestle chocolate for cooking as i find the end result better.
