I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Mill raw sugar for 3 secs on speed 9 (to make castor sugar)
2. Add butter, brown sugar and vanilla and cream on speed 5 for 15 secs. Scrape down the sides and repeat.
3. Add egg and mix on speed 5 for 5 secs.
4. Add flour and custard powder (if using) and mix on interval speed "Closed lid" "Dough mode" for 30 secs or until most of the flour has been incorporated into the dough. You can use a spatula to mix the last bit of flour off the sides through.
5. Add milk and white choc chips and mix on reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2-3 for 8-10 secs.
6. Place heaped teaspoons of mixture on to a tray lined with baking paper and press down slightly, leaving room for the biscuits to spread as they cook.
7. Place in a pre heated 180 degree oven for approx 12 mins.

These are yummy! Used only milk chocolate chips, and took 10 mins to cook. Thanks for the recipe. I will make again...
