- 150 g almonds
- 50 g desicated coconut
- 4 tbsp Butter melted
- 2 tbsp honey
Mousse
- 40 g dates, pitted
- 40 g hot water
- 150 g maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 300 g avocado
- 25 g cocoa

Place 150g almonds and 50g cocnut into Tm bowl. Mill at speed 8 for 30 seconds. Add 4 tbsp melted butter and 2 tbsp honey. Mix for 10 seconds/reverse/speed 4.
Press into a springform pan and bake at 180 degrees fan forced for 10 minutes. Let cool completely before next step.
Soak 40g dates in 40g hot water for 10 minutes. Drain water and place dates into TM bowl. Add 150g maple syrup (or honey) and 1 tsp vanilla. Process on speed 8 for 30 seconds. Insert butterfly and add 300g avocado and 25g cocoa. Process on speed 4/30 seconds. Scrape down bowl and repeat.
Smooth mousse onto base. Top with a dollop of cream or leave as is!
Best refrigerated for 2 hours or overnight.
