Recipe's preparation

    Roasted Beetroot Dip
  1. Roast beetroot wrapped in foil (no oil needed) in a 180 degree oven until soft. Allow to cool.

In the Thermomix bowl chop garlic speed 7 for 4 seconds. Add cooled beets, salt and yogurt and process speed 7 for 20 - 30 seconds or until desired texture has been achieved.

Serve with crispy biscuits. A very healthy alternative to most dips tmrc_emoticons.)

Really Yummy, the beetroot took 45 minutes to roast and I added the garlic to roast in the last ten minutes. I used the TM Yoghurt instead of bought youghurt/cream

Awesome dip.  I added a about 50g of lite cream cheese and 50g of lite cream.  I also roasted the garlic with the beetroot.  Gave it a great flavour. tmrc_emoticons.)
