- 175 g Butter
- 80 g brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoon Desiccated Coconut
- 200 g condensed milk, (1/2 tin)
- 250 g Marie biscuits
Chocolate Topping
- 250 g cadbury dark cooking chocolate
- 50 g Butter

1. Place biscuits in bowl blitz for 4-5 seconds speed 4. I like some chunks, so adjust if you prefer it finer. Set aside in a bowl.
2. Melt butter, sugar, condensed milk and cocoa 80 c speed 2 for 3 minutes.
3. Add coconut and biscuits -mix for 30seconds speed 2 or until combined.
4. Press mixture into a baking paper lined tin and chill for at least 1 hour.
Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
1. Melt chocolate and butter in bowl 50 c for 2 minutes speed 2. Spread over slice. Allow to set in refrigerator for 20 minutes or more. Slice with hot knife into small pieces. Enjoy

Ideal to make in conjuntion with the Apricot Coconut Slice to use the remaining condensed milk.
