Recipe's preparation

    Coconut Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 190C

    Lightly grease small loaf tin

  2. Place all ingredients into TM bowl and mix on speed 4 -5 / 20 - 30 seconds

    Pour mixture into the prepared loaf tin

    Bake for 30 - 35 minutes

Tip

Delicious sliced and served warm, with butter.

The second loaf I made I have added 120g sultanas which is really tasty!

    Luckily I printed this off with original instructions which seem to have disappeared:

    Place all ingredients in TM bowl and mix on speed 4-5 for 20-30 seconds.

    Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf tin.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes.

    Hope this helps - it is really nice with the sultanas addedd too!
