Delicious and perfectly formed! I find the whites beat just fine in the thermomix, but I did add the butterfly again to blend them in at the end at a lower speed.

Yum! I used limes instead of lemon, coconut oil instead of butter! Delicious!
Made a 1.5 mix in one large dish last night for family and it was a hit - will be adding this to my recipe collection!
Yes, most definitely. I've done it in 1 biggie, 6 mediums and one and a half timed the recipe into 8 larger ramekins. This is an obvious reliable favourite.
Very easy. Told my 5yo what I was making and she told our guest that we were having 'Lemon Yummy'.
could this be done in one bowl- instead of 6 ?
OMGOODNESS this is as the name suggests DELICIOUS!!
Such a lovely dessert. Texture was beautiful and the family loved it! Very easy.
Lovely dessert. Made meringue in Kenwood and added bowl contents to the large kenwood bowl. Made GF and DF with GF SR flour and nuttlelex and Coconut milk.
Made for #1 sons birthday dinner. His first birthday home from being in the UK.

I used limes, halved the recipe, left the sugar and peel in the bowl while I melted the butter, (doubling the time )and cooked it in a small pyrex mixing bowl...don't know yet how successful all the changes have been!
