- 120 grams raw sugar
- 1 --- egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 15 grams Milk
- 60 grams Cornflakes
- 200 grams plain four
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder (make your own EDC)

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place sugar and cubed butter in TM and on speed 3 mix for 60 seconds or until creamed
Add egg salt and milk into TM and on speed 2 mix for 20 seconds
Add plain flour and baking powder to mixture in TM and on speed 3 for 30 seconds
Add Cornflakes and
"Counter-clockwise operation" for 20 seconds using spatula to mix in cornflakesRoll into golf ball size balls (makes about 15)and place on a baking tray with baking paper and bake at 180 C for 12-15 minutes
remove cool and enjoy

Easy to make and very tasty.
Made these this morning. Struggled to get the raw sugar and butter to cream. Next time would give the raaw sugar a quick mix to break it down. Tasted ok!
