Ingredients

Biscuit dough

  • 220 gram soft butter, (from EDC)
  • 260 gram SR flour, (or plain flour & 2 tsp baking powder)
  • 4 heaped tablespoons sugar
  • 4 heaped tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1 package nestle baking choc bits

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to TM bowl. 30sec Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

     

  2. 2. 1 minClosed lid"Closed lid" Dough mode"Dough mode"

  3.  

    3. Scrape down sides of bowl. Continue Dough mode"Dough mode" if required until ingredients are just mixed.

  4.  

    4. Roll teaspoon sized balls of dough and place on lined baking tray.

  5.  

    5. Bake at 180 deg cel for approx 10 mins or until slightly golden and still slightly soft to touch.

    **They are so delicious just watch them disappear before your eyes tmrc_emoticons.;-)

    VARIATIONS:

    Instead of choc bits you could use:

    - 2 cups chopped dried apricots & 1/2 cup coconut (may need a little more condensed milk added if mixture too dry).

    - 2 cups sultanas.

    - 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries & 1/2 cup rolled oats (may need a little more condensed milk added).
