Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 level tsp dried instant yeast
  • 30 grams caster sugar
  • 130 grams Milk
  • 260 grams Baker's Flour
  • 15 grams vegetable oil
  • 1 heaped tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 level teaspoons ground cinnamon

Filling & Topping

  • 160 gram raspberry jam
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Milk, for brushing the top
  • 1 heaped tablespoons flour, for dusting
  • 1 heaped teaspoons raw sugar, for sprinkling

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add yeast, caster sugar, and milk in the jug.

    2 min 37° speed 1 Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

    Add flour, oil, orange zest, and cinnamon.

    10 sec speed 6

    Knead for 4 min Dough mode"Dough mode"


    Turn out and from a ball and let rest in a lightly oiled bowl for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

    Preheat oven 200°

    After it has risen roll into an oblong and spread with Jam. Roll from the longest side to make a sausage shape. Slice down the middle twisting and shaping it into a wreath shape and carefully move it to a lined baking tray.



    Bake for 15 to 20 min (It will be dark as it needs to cook through)



    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar ( optional)
