Ingredients

EDC Too Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

  • 120 g Butter, cubed
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 100 g Milk, (I used Almond Cashew Milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 120 g sugar
  • 120 g Gluten free plain flour, Link to my recipe in tips.
  • 1 tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
  • 30 g cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp Bi-carb soda

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a small ring tin.

    2. Add 120g cubed butter to Closed lid"Closed lid" and melt for 2 mins/60/sp 4.

    3. Add remaining ingredients and mix fo 20 sec/sp 5.

    4. Scrape down and repeat.

    5. Pour into prepared tin and bake for around 30 - 35 minutes or until skewer inserted into cake comes out clean.

    6. Ice with chocolate icing or ganache when cool or serve warm with cream.

Tip

This recipe has been adapted from the Every Day Cooking Book to be Gluten Free.

It's a lovely moist cake and is quite small, so only use a small ring tin.
