- 1 package Arrowroot Biscuits
- 200 gram dried apricots
- 1 package dried cranberries
- 2 200gr Block of Dark Chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 110 gram Thickend cream

place biscuits into bowl and chop 4secs/speed 4 or until brocken into chunks
set aside
place apricots into bowl chop 5secs/speed5 until chopped small pieces, set aside and wash bowl
place chocolate and cream into bowl and melt 5min/50degrees/speed3 using spatula scrape sides down and continue to melt 3min/50degrees/speed 3
combine biscuits, apricots and cranberries into the bowl 10sec/reverse/speed 4 until chocolate and biscuit mixture has combined
pour into a lined baking tray and flatten
store in fridge for 2-3 hours until firm
