Recipe's preparation

  1. You have the option to grate the chocolate first while the bowl is dry; 10 seconds, speed 8. Set aside, not needed until filling is set.

  3. Add peanut butter and butter. Melt at 50 degrees, speed 3 for 2 minutes.

  4. Add the popped popcorn and mix on reverse speed 2 for 30 seconds. You may need to help it along with the spatula or mix a little more once you've poured it into the tin.

  5. Pour into a lightly greased and lined 20x30cm lamington tin and spread evenly.

  6. Refrigerate untill set.

  7. Once filling is set grate the chocolate (if you haven't already) for 10 seconds on speed 8.

  8. Add butter and melt at 60 degrees, speed 2 for 2 minutes.

  9. Spread evenly on top of the filling and refrigerate until set.

  10. Cut into small pieces.

  11. Store in the fridge.

This is a favourite in our house I did lessen the sugar to 50g and replaced butter when melting chocolate with coconut oil. Yummy thanks for sharing

This is pretty amazing!! I did have to stir it out of the bowl though. I wonder what it would be like with Crunchy PB?
