- 180 g Butter
- 100 g icing sugar
- 180 g plain flour
- 50 g Corn Flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Place hazelnuts in TM and chop 3 seconds speed 8 set aside
Place sugar in TM and mill 8 seconds speed 9
Add butter to the TM 10 seconds speed 8
Add flours, hazelnuts and cinnamon to TM bowl 40 seconds speed 3.
Roll into small balls, place on lined tray and press with fork to slightly flatten
Bake 12 to 15mins at 180 deg makes 25.
