- 150 grams Butter
- 100 grams wholemeal spelt flour
- 90 grams quinoa flaked, (or rolled oats)
- 10 grams cacao powder
- 60 grams Rapadura Sugar, (or rice malt syrup)
- 50 grams dessicated coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon bi carobate of soda

Preheat oven to 180 degree celcius
Melt butter for 2 minutes/50 degrees/speed 2-3
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 15 seconds on speed 5. The mixture should hold together when pressed. Add a little more butter or a touch of oil if neccesary.
Press mixture firmly into a lined tin (20cm x 20cm)
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes
Allow to cool before attempting to slice into squares. Refrigerating prior to slicing may may it easier.

Great taste, but very crumbly. Might need more butter or something to set better
