Ingredients
biscuit dough
- 180 g Butter, softened
- 210 g brown sugar
- 190 g white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 130 g wholemeal plain flour
- 130 g regular plain flour
- 15 g brewers yeast
- 1 tsp Bi Carb Soda
- 310 g rolled oats
- 50 g LSA (blended linseeds, sunflower seed, almonds)
- 65 g water

Cream butter sugar, egg and vanilla for 45 seconds/ speed 4
Add other ingredients. Mix for 20 seconds/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 5.
Set to "Closed lid" and for 1 minute/ "Dough mode" / "Counter-clockwise operation"
Spoon out onto a lined tray. Bake for 8-12 minutes at 190 degrees
Tip
I had extra dough, so I froze some in a silicone ice tray. Doing this should not kill the yeast (active ingredient.)
