This was an absolute disaster - I don't know where I went wrong but it failed to cook, was still wobbly at 45 minutes with a brown crust on top, and then sank into a 1cm thick 'pancake'. I didn't bother to use the syrup and was going to toss the whole lot in the bin, however there were these crispy edge bits which tasted delicious!
Delicious - made gluten free with gf sef-raising flour, very quick and easy
Very yummy thanks for the recipe so light and fluffy and full of flavour
