Absolute disaster! Sloppy, sticky mess. I added more flour and scooped some onto the baking tray- didn't rise. Something isn't right with the recipe.
I have made this recipe twice now and carefully weighed the ingredients each time. Both times I have ended with a sloppy mix. Totally unable to knead or roll. The consistency is more like a cake mix. Are your weights equal to your cup measurements?? Im wondering if your cup measurement is less than the weight in grammes. I measured weights exactly. Twice. Working out quite expensive to throw away so unfortunatly cannot try again
Thanks for sharing this recipe! They turned out very yummy! There was no way my mix was going to roll out or be cut (it was way to sticky) so I just dropped spoonfuls onto the baking tray but they still worked out beautifully!
