Nice easy biscuits but 20-30 mins at 180 degrees is far too long at that temperature for delicate biscuits. Mine took 15 mins at 180 degrees and just started to burn but I'll reduce to 160 degrees next time (fan forced). I cut sugar down to 70g and they tasted great. I also had to bitz for a few seconds for them to come together but still an easy recipe. Love the Kingston idea too!

I also cooked them today for the first time.
40 seconds is not quite the time, however, if you understand it in time, you will get delicious biscuits.

Made for the first time today. I'd cut the sugar and vanilla in half next time as they were super sweet and strongly vanilla. Milled for about 8 seconds instead of 30 and mixed for about 30 seconds instead of 10 so I reveresed the timings for the steps. I needed 2 trays to fit them all tmrc_emoticons.)

I cooked for 12 miniutes after turning at 10 minutes and they were done just right. Yummy and crisp with great texture.

40 second biscuits - my biscuits burnt the first time also ... I suggest cook them for 15 to 17 minutes on the top shelf of your oven. They will come out a little soft but will harden while cooling. Hope that helps MissyPerth

    Super yum, super easy.....!!!

Reduced sugar to 70gm and still plenty sweet so would probably reduce again.

My mixture didn't come together with the recipe instructions so I blitzed a few seconds longer on speed 4/5 to get it to come together.

They also needed about half the baking time suggested.

These are great and so easy to make. I've been using this recipe as un official TM demonstration when friends and family come over (the nay-sayers) and I offer to whip up a batch in 40 seconds!

Easy to make but did find them a little crumbly. Tasted delicious though!

thank you so much for sharing this recipe. The kids have loved them, complained not sweet enough ( I cut the sugar content well under half as I'm trying to cut our sugar out) but didn't stop them from eating.
