I made these when neighbours came over. I made with dairy free margarine and they were good but I didn’t use much lemon
Mine was too
Mine was too
The biscuits tasted like flour and nothing else and the icing was way to lemony. Epic fail even though I followed the recipe. I just turfed all mine in the bin. Won't be attempting them again using any recipe lol
This icing didn't work for me. Icing was grainy
Not a fan of this one...my biscuits were very hard and the filling very runny. Won't make again!
Please see my previous comment.

Very tasty and easy to make. Next time I will mill the sugar for a couple seconds before adding zest. I found the filling VERY tasty but a little too gritty. I also had to add icing sugar to get a thicker consistency, I found it too runny to begin with. Other than that, great!
Does anyone know how to convert this recipe into using Natvia instead of sugar?
RH
yummy biscuits and very easy too. I also added icing sugar to the filling to make it a stiffer consistenancy. Will definately be making these again!
Thank you for your feedback! We would love to see some photos!
