- 180g CADA, Pre-prepared from EDC
- 80 g Nuttlex or butter
- 1 egg
- 180 g Skim milk or milk of choice
- 250 g SR flour
- 80 - 100 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Prepare a double batch of CADA from Everyday Cookbook (there will be left over CADA).
Preheat oven to 180C. Grease 8 hole mini-loaf pan (or line a muffin tray).
Place Nuttlex/ butter in bowl and melt 1 min/ 60C/ Sp. 2.
Add egg and milk and mix 10 sec/ Sp. 4.
Add flour, sugar and vanilla. Mix 10 sec/ Sp. 4.
Add CADA. Mix 10 sec/ Sp. 4.
Divide mixture among mini-loaf pan and bake 20 - 25 minutes until golden and skewer comes out clean.

Tip
These can be individually wrapped and frozen.
You can make these as muffins, just decrease the cooking time to approximately 15 - 18 mins.
