Ingredients
Base
- 200 grams Plain sweet biscuits (I use Nice)
- 100 grams Butter
Filling
- 70 grams raw sugar
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 30 grams lemon juice
- 100 grams thickened cream
Topping
- whipped cream
- strawberries
- Strawberry Jam

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 160 deg
2. Melt butter in tmx bowl, 3 min, 50deg, speed 4
3. Add biscuit and blend, speed 8, 10-15 seconds
4. Press base into lined muffin tin and refriger while you make the filling
5. Wash and dry tmx bowl
6. Add sugar to bowl and mill, speed 9, 8 seconds
7. Add cream cheese and mix speed 5, 20 seconds
8. Scrape down sides, add egg and mix speed 5, 20 seconds
9. Scrape down sides, add lemon juice and cream, and mix speed 5, 10 seconds
10. Spoon mix onto bases and bake at 160deg for 20 minutes
11. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Cut up strawberries and stir together with approx 1 tbs of strawberry jam. Top cakes with whipped cream and strawberries
