I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Place almonds and cashews into mixing bowl. Chop on turbo for 1 second. Repeat until desired size is achieved. Set aside.
Place honey and oil into bowl. Mix for 2 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 3.
Add remaining ingredients and choppeed nuts. Mix "Counter-clockwise operation" , 40 seconds, speed 3.
Line a tray with baking paper. Tip ingredients onto tray, place in oven for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Turn granola a few times during cooking to avoid burning.
Cool completely before storing in airtight glass container.
Enjoy with EDC yogurt, fresh berries and a drizzle of raw honey. Or, if you're Miss 2, as a snack on the go!
If you prefer your granola with dried fruit, chop and add with other ingredients before combining, or alternatively mix through after cooking.
If you would rather eat your granola on the go, it can easily be turned into granola bars. Simply increase honey to 160g and pack tightly into tray before baking. Bake at lower temp to avoid burning. Remove from oven, cool slightly before cutting into bars and leaving in tray to cool completely.

Yum!
Oops forgot the coconut oil so it is a bit dry but still turned out ok though.
This was a really good recipe, I used pecan nuts and almonds. I also used 1/2 maple syrup and honey as suggested in previous comment. It was delicious, thank you.
Really enjoyed this granola. Just made a few changes to suit my pantry & tastebuds - 1/2 maple syrup & 1/2 honey. Extra seeds - about 60g & cranberries. Yummy!
