  1. Pre heat oven to 180 deg C. Line cookie sheet with baking paper.

  2. Add butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla cream ingredients together 10 sec / speed 5-6 scrape down sides mix for another 10 sec / speed 5-6.

  3. Add flour, salt, baking powder and mix for 20 sec / speed 5-6.

  4. Scrap down sides add choc chips then mix for 10 sec / Dough mode"Dough mode" , if not evenly combined mix another 10 sec / Dough mode"Dough mode" .

  5. Roll a golf ball size round with your hands, or scoop desired amount onto cookie sheet.  To give that store bought feel flatten into a circle. Bake for approx 10 mins for a soft middle cookie or longer if you prefer a crunchy cookie.

Tip

For a nutty crunch add your fave nuts at the choc chip stage eg macadamias, hazelnuts.  Raisins/Sultanas could also be used in lieu of choc chips. Try not to eat all the dough before baking! Its delicious!
