I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Pre heat oven to 180 deg C. Line cookie sheet with baking paper.
Add butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla cream ingredients together 10 sec / speed 5-6 scrape down sides mix for another 10 sec / speed 5-6.
Add flour, salt, baking powder and mix for 20 sec / speed 5-6.
Scrap down sides add choc chips then mix for 10 sec / "Dough mode" , if not evenly combined mix another 10 sec / "Dough mode" .
Roll a golf ball size round with your hands, or scoop desired amount onto cookie sheet. To give that store bought feel flatten into a circle. Bake for approx 10 mins for a soft middle cookie or longer if you prefer a crunchy cookie.
Tip
For a nutty crunch add your fave nuts at the choc chip stage eg macadamias, hazelnuts. Raisins/Sultanas could also be used in lieu of choc chips. Try not to eat all the dough before baking! Its delicious!

Delicious cookies! I added walnuts too.
These are delicious and very similar to Mrs Fields! I followed the very first comment and only kept them in for 10 mins to get that perfect chewiness.
Went down well at staff morning tea!
These are great. I made them for a friend who loves Mrs Fields, and she thought they tasted just like them.
These are always a winner in our house! Never fail!
