  • 250 g Just boiled water
  • 130 g Nutella
  • 50 g Butter
  • 140 g Self Raising Flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 60 g sugar
  • 250 g Milk
  • 1 egg

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 180 degrees celsius

    Add Water and Nutella to TM Bowl.  Mix 3 mins / 100 degrees / speed 3.  Set aside into a jug for pouring.  No need to clean TM Bowl.

    Add butter to the TM Bowl.  Melt 2 mins / 60 degrees / speed 2.

    Add Flour, Cocoa, Sugar, Milk and lastly add the egg.

    Mix for 20 seconds / speed 5.

    Using a silicon scraper to assist, pour cake mixture into a small to medium baking dish.

    Pour the Nutella Water, over the Thermomix Spatula held side on, onto the top of the cake mixture.

    Bake for 30 mins.

    Serve with cream or ice cream.
