- 110 grams Butter
- 15 grams Milk
- 50 grams golden syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 220 grams flour
- 160 grams sultanas

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add sugar, butter, milk and golden syrup to bowl "Closed lid" .
2. 2 minutes - 60 degrees - speed 2.
3. Add baking soda.
4. 5 seconds - speed 3 - scrape sides.
5. Add flour and sultanas.
6. 8 seconds, "Counter-clockwise operation" - speed 4. Scrape sides and repeat.
7. Using a desert spoon (or preferred size biscuit) place mixture on baking tray, flatten with a fork.
8. Bake at 180 for approximately 15 minutes, until cooked.
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
