I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease a 12 hole muffin tin using coconut oil. (The rose gold tins from the mix-shop work perfectly!) - Place walnuts into mixing bowl and chop 0.5 seconds/turbo. Place into a bowl and set aside.
- Place Almonds into mixing bowl and mill 10 seconds/speed 9 .Scrape down the sides of mixing bowl.
- Add coconut flour, bicarbonate of soda, and cinnamon and mix 10 seconds/speed 3.
Scrape down the sides of mixing bowl. - Add 3 of the bananas (broken into quarters), coconut oil, vanilla extract, eggs and maple syrup. Blend for 20 seconds/speed 4.
Scrape down the sides of mixing bowl, and reblend if you feel neccesary. - Add in 3/4 of reserved chopped walnuts (leave some to garnish the tops) and mix 10 seconds/speed 3.
- Divide the mixture evenly into muffin tray (they won't rise too much so to the top is fine). Slice the remaining banana into 12 diagonal slices, and place one on top of each muffin, and sprinkle with remaining walnuts.
- Place in oven and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean and they are golden on top.

TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
