- 110 grams sugar
- 125 grams Butter
- 1 egg
- 230 grams plain flour
- 1 1/2 heaped tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 90 grams blanced peanuts

Pre heat oven to 180*C and line baking trays with baking paper.
Place sugar and butter into TMX bowl and heat for 2 mins/ 90 degrees/ speed 3. Stir the mixture for 30 secs/ speed 4 and add the egg through the lid while blades are moving.
Add the flour, cocoa and baking powder to the TMX bowl and mix for 30 sec/ speed 7. Add peanuts and stir on reverse 1 min/ speed 4 using spatula to push nuts down into mixture.
Roll into heaped teaspoon sized balls and place on baking tray and bake in oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool on tray for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Store in a n airtight container.
Tip
Can change nuts out for M&M's or just leave out completely still a lovely delicious biscuit.
