    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Easy to make and delicious. I found them to have just the right amount of crunchiness and chewiness. I spread a little melted milk chocolate on top and they were loved by the grandchildren. Will be making these again

So many recipes to try, but so little time!

Nothing not to love about these biscuits. I used crunchy peanut butter and great. Made 28 good size biscuits.

My daughter loves Nutella biscuits from a local cafe but I haven’t been able to find a recipe. So I made them using this recipe, omitting the castor sugar and replacing the peanut butter with Nutella. It worked a treat! Large biscuits took 12 minutes and some slightly smaller ones about 10 minutes.

I made these as a school holiday treat. I made them slightly smaller to get more out of the batch. Only had to bake for 10 minutes. A quick and easy recipe thanks! I’m also going to drizzle some with chocolate..... just because everything’s good with chocolate lol
