Ingredients

125g Butter

  • 125 grams Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence/ Extract
  • 80 grams raw sugar
  • 45 grams brown sugar
  • 85 grams Peanut Butter, Crunchy or Smooth
  • 195 grams plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
  • pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees celcius fan forced, 170 degrees celcius conventional.

     

    2. Add butter, vanilla, raw sugar, brown sugar and peanut butter to bowl. Cream 10sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix further 10sec/speed 4.

     

    3. Add flour, bicarbonate soda and salt. Mix for 20sec/speed 3, scrape down sides of bowl and mix for a further 20sec/speed 5.

     

    4. Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into balls and place of greased oven trays. Press biscuits down lightly with a fork to give a crinkled effect.

     

    5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool on trays before removing.

Tip

If you find the dough sticky, flour your hands before rolling Balls.
