I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Process almonds on speed 8 until nut butter consistency is achieved, about 1-1.5 minutes. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl.
If you already have almond butter, skip this step and add your 100g of almond butter.
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line and grease a slice tin.
2. Add all ingredients to the thermomix bowl (along with almond butter). Mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix again for 5 seconds, speed 5.
3. Pour into prepared tin.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
5. Cool, slice and enjoy

Tastes great but not super healthy. Thanks
Very nice consistency and a nice healthy lunchbox snack!
Very easy and all the family loved it, thank you
Made this today and it's absolutely delicious! It's going to be a regular in my house
easy and yum
Super easy to make and a delicious grain free alternative to pumpkin pie. I used honey as I didn't have rice malt syrup, and it turned out great.
delicious. But I will double the recipe next time as it only made enough for two mini loaf tins (very mini tins) and they were soo yummy my toddler and I ate the whole thing there was none left for hubby later! hehe

Narelle, You add all the ingredients together and whiz it up in the one step. So if you are making almond butter, leave it in the bowl. Your other option is to add 100g of already made almond butter. Hope this helpsI'm so glad you liked it Irene Cream cheese icing, mmmmm
I was dubious at first - the batter didn't smell very inviting and it was really runny. But then I baked it and was totally shocked at the result. This slice is fantastic! This will be one of my regulars...But I'll have to double (or triple) the recipe
So yummy! Next time I'll top it with a cream cheese icing Thank you
