Ingredients

  • 250 grams quinoa flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 180 grams chocolate chips
  • 125 grams soft butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs or 2 -3 tablespoons of water for moisture
  • 1 --- cup caster sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line 3 trays with baking paper
    2. Cream butter & sugars together for 30 seconds, speed 6
    3. Add eggs (or water) & vanilla essence, mix 30 seconds, speed 3
    4. Add sifted dry ingredients, mix a further 30 seconds, speed 3.
    5. Set to closed lid position, mix for 30 seconds interval speed.
    6. Add choc bits, mix 30 seconds reverse speed soft.
    7. Roll out balls, place on tray & flatten with spoon/hand, bake for 11 minutes. Makes 32 biscuits

Tip

Adjust the amount of water to reach a dough consistency.
