- 55 grams Coconut Flour
- 140 grams Maple syrup
- 20 grams cacao powder
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 6 eggs

1. Preheat fan-forced oven to 180 degrees C
2. Add dried dates and coconut flour and blend 20 secs on speed 8
3. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until combined (you may need to scrape down the sides a couple of times)
4. Fill cupcake molds
5. Bake 20 - 25 minutes until the tops bounce back when you touch them.

Dont be put off by the runny batter, these turned out really well. Ill reduce the maple syrup and up the cocoa next time.
